I've came across Benny's page and I never believed in " No Contact ". i believed that was wrong because if you truly want your relationship the last thing to do is go no contact. I've been the one who chases, calls,texted, reach out I thought thats what we were suppose to do. This time when My Boyfriend of 6 yrs left for the 3rd time I just threw in the towel and said enough is enough. I tried to follow his advice- and started focusing on myself and my friends and really tried to invest in just being me. Additionally, I went NO CONTACT! Which was so hard because I was always the 'needy' one in the relationship and now he's messaging me! 😅
My one week of no contact worked. Although she is holding back a little bit, I can see her joy in getting connected again, but im not giving up as I used to. im diverting my attention to what I don't want to go back to what I am.
