I have been following him since my wife left me 8 months ago. I wasn't sure about the account at first but joined one of his live chats and asked him how to do no contact when you have children together, he suggested minimal contact and only speaking about the children. I did this and she reached out to me within 2 weeks, we have been back together for 2 months now and have never been better together.

Just wanted to say thank you so much for what Benny puts out there. I know some people say you shouldn't encourage people to get back with their ex, but my ex and I ended our 3 year relationship a couple months ago but there wasn't really any "bad" reason. Anyway... I struggled the first week or so until I found his account. Then I started listening to a lot of the things he says and now she texted me after no contact asking me to come see her (long distance) and stay for a few days and fix what went wrong. He quite literally changed my life. Ive always seen my entire future with this girl. Thank you so much.

My ex who we've kinda reconciled, is angry at a situation that come about while we were split! That's in the 2 months no strings? My family is almost back together he come back after a month apart and now we are working on him coming back home.

Did no-contact and he broke it to ask about my graduation and the gift I wanted.

Damn Coach Benny I gotta give it up to him because this man wanted absolutely nothing to do with me. Did definitely not want to see me in person because the last time I was up here for a whole week he never even responded to my last text. Now he actually wants to meet me in person. I'm can't believe it but thank you Benny for his guidance. I couldn't have done this by myself. I would've totally fucked it up.

Benny helped me. My wife of 25 years up and left me. We ended up having to sell our home and move to apartments. I went no contact as he advised and after 4 months she invited me to her apartment and told me she wanted us to work. I even dated a woman as he instructed. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Followed Benny's advice and went no contact for a little over a month. Even after she threw some breadcrumbs out there, I ignored my instincts and listened to him and didnt bite. She just invited me over to her place for dinner tonight. 👊

We spoke a week ago and I went no contact per his advice and i already heard from my ex who broke up with me. I'm shocked. I thought I never would. I'm so grateful to Benny for keeping me calm and focused. He sent a text that I could tell was a soft reach out....i think just to test the waters if I would even respond. I'm going to do what he said and not jump right back in but be cordial, fun, kind. I'll also let him lead the future texts and I'll end first. His first text was very cordial...but my gut tells me it wasn't really about just sending me a picture of his cat (he knows I love his cat) that it was him seeing if I would respond. Bc if he truly didn't want to re engage with me why would he even reach out. I also feel in better place. So thankful. It's funny bc Benny sort of predicted it wouldn't take 3 months...he said 2 weeks and he was close. 🥰 He gave me so much hope that day.

I want everyone to know that with the help of Benny's videos I got my wife back. I was loved out in a room working 14 days on and 7 off. My days off I spent at the house looking after the kids while my ex was working. I adapted the no contact to necessary contact without being a butt hurt beta. I'm so grateful for his approach to breakups. Now we are stronger than ever and she's calling me her man again. Much love brother, couldn't have done it without his advice. Keep up the good work. So many couples are separated from trauma And triggers.

No contact for 3 months then she called me Congratulating me for a new job and said she wants to go out to celebrate i said ok

We started speaking yesterday and i haven't push the meet up but we have talking non stop.only good vibes.taking it slow.she has been very receptive and were giving it another change but doing right this time.thank you Benny. 👍 👍

my ex called me 2 days ago for help and then didn't actually need the help and now we're back to nc I got the one on one call with Benny and it worked
